Who we are?

Complete Home Health Care is a privately owned and licensed home care agency, certified by Medicare and Medicaid. We have three locations along the Colorado Front Range, serving northern Colorado to southern Colorado communities.

We have been caring for Colorado since 2001 and have earned the trust and respect of our clients, their families, physicians, hospitals, and clinics by providing consistent and excellent care. We are able to meet a wide variety of care needs for all age groups from infancy to the aged population.

By providing our clients with the tools they need, we enable them to better manage their health at home. Types of Care

The Complete Home Health Care team is the backbone of our agency. We strive to provide our clients with the finest care givers by conducting extensive criminal background checks, integrity tests and professional and personal reference checks. Our staff is highly trained, experienced and compassionate. We provide ongoing training for our staff to ensure advanced quality care for our clients.

Skilled Nursing

Under the care and direction of the client’s Physician or Nurse Practitioner, our Nurses provide individualized care developed to best meet individual client’s needs. If you or a loved one would benefit from medical care and supervision from the comfort of home, CHHC’s skilled nurses offer an alternative to a skilled nursing facility or assisted living.

Rehabilitation Services

At CHHC, we create a rehabilitation program around the individual needs of each client and provide evaluations, treatment and education for individuals who are experiencing decreased mobility due to an illness, injury, stroke or orthopedic surgery. Our team of physical therapists works with the patient and MD to develop a specialized plan of care.

Certified Nurse Aides

Certified Nurse Aides are licensed and are able to provide a higher skill level of personal care needs, for those with greater physical limitations. This could also include bathing, skilled transfers, skin care, ostomy care, checking vital signs, assisting with range of motion exercises or ambulation exercises, incontinence care, and feeding. They are supervised by a Registered Nurse or Licensed Physical Therapist.
